Business Philosophy

Deanna approaches her full-time real estate career with the same level of enthusiasm, creativity and trust that were effective during her career as Vice President of Sales at an internationally respected consumer products company. Leadership roles in a number of volunteer organizations have created a large network of community members and local businesses. Her professional, volunteer and personal experiences have provided an excellent understanding of the importance of effective communication, staying on top of new trends and technology as well as the importance of good people skills.

With a focus on being detail oriented, Deanna believes that careful planning, ongoing awareness of market conditions and consistent communication, the experience of buying and selling a home will be less stressful for her clients. Her team of tradesmen, stagers, photographers and attorneys are available every step of the home buying experience.

As the parent of a young adult with special needs I am acutely aware of the fact that families in the special needs arena may have different priorities, needs or restrictions when purchasing a home, considering a school district or finding a community with the ability to provide necessary services. I can't promise I have all the answers but I can promise that I have the patience and understanding of someone who walks in similar shoes and will try to help you find the right home and community to suit your family's needs.

I am passionate about preparing homes for sale and that all of my listings are presented professionally. My team of stagers, tradesmen, photographers, attorneys and mortgage reps will help us along the way. Taking on a listing is so fulfilling. From the first time I meet a client to the closing table, we are in constant communication making certain no detail is left to chance!

Personal Background

Deanna and her family have lived in Cranbury for over 30 years. Her children attended schools in Cranbury, Princeton and the Midland School for Special Needs in Branchburg. Her experience raising a family, volunteering in the community and parenting a special needs child have provided her with a broad understanding of the community and insight into buying and selling homes in Central New Jersey.
