Deanna is extremely organized and thorough. When she and her team staged my house, I was amazed. She thinks of every detail - from beautiful, large prints to hang on the walls to small potted plants to put on the mantle! She radiates calm, even in the most stressful of situations. Deanna is very responsive - I don't think I ever waited more than 10 minutes for her to return a text. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities, and I would recommend her without hesitation!

She spent time early on walking through every room to let us know what she thought we should do to maximize the space in a way that buyers could envision using the room. Deanna and her team then helped to stage the home with a mix of our own furniture and items she thought would enhance each room. She also put together very complete on-line documentation package for potential buyers, with professionally done photographs of both the inside and outside of our home. She listened to our thoughts and concerns, kept us informed throughout the process and managed an incredibly busy week of showings, which resulted in multiple offers for us to consider.
